Background

The 90-Day Transformation grew from the Six Weeks to Success programme that was taught off the back of the Get Paid to Race book. SWtS is but a distant memory, though, as this cohort-based course is for drivers looking for that clear next level. We’ve taken what we’ve learned about sponsorship, motorsport, and how drivers succeed and turned that into something that’s going to transform your career.

We’ve created this in a way that means it doesn’t matter where you’re at. All that matters is that you're serious about making a career out of motorsport.

While we appreciate a little hustle, you’ve got better things to do than email companies over and over in the hope to get a couple of thousand from them. Our work in motorsport has shown us that there’s a better way full of personalised approaches, thought leadership, and building a brand so strong that people know to come to you. There’s still plenty of hard work involved but it’s not as punishing as the endless slog of sending cold emails.

Our goal with this course is to teach you simple ways to maximise your sponsorship efforts. That means showing you how to best use your time. So even if you only spend one hour a week on sponsorship, you'll still get results.

Curriculum

Module One: Brand — This is the foundation of the course. We’ll spend time defining and honing your brand while also giving you the tools needed to help it stand out and reach new people. We'll take you through the ID Method to simplify your approach and help you build a brand quickly.

Module Two: Sponsors — Finding the right people to pitch to is tough. This module will guide you through the best ways to find prospects, understand their goals, start speaking to the right people, and make sure they're a good fit for your brand.

Module Three: Relationships — The relationships you build are the things that will make your racing career. Alongside a strong brand, this is one of the foundations of securing sponsorship. During this module, we’ll teach the Three Cs Framework to help you nail all of those relationship-building messages.

Module Four: Content — If you want to build trust with potential sponsors, you need to show them just how valuable you are. This module will cover getting in the press, thought leadership, social media, and more.

Module Five: Pitch — There’s an art to a compelling pitch and it’s so much more than just putting everything into an email. There’s a skill in knowing when a one-liner will work over a lengthy message.

Module Six: Mindset — Part of this transformation is confidence. We’ll spend a whole module working on your mindset to help you navigate the ups and downs of sponsorship and your racing career.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I get sponsors from this?
If you do the work, yes! While we can't make any guarantees - as it's down to you to make the proper effort - it's likely you'll secure sponsorship during the 90 days. During the Six Weeks to Success course, which this builds on, drivers were securing five-figure deals within that time. With 90 days, just think what you could achieve!

What time investment do I need to make?
During the first six weeks, there will be two 90-minute sessions per week. It's best if you can attend these live but you can watch the replays. You'll also be asked to join in with discussions within the community and work on the set assignments. It'll be intense but we promise it'll be worth it. Try and set aside at least four hours per week.

When does the course start?
Enrollment will open around September with the course starting in early October. We'll be sending out email updates as we're able to announce more.

What is a cohort-based course?
This means that you'll be learning alongside a cohort of other drivers. This means that everyone will be working through the course at the same time. The community aspect of this means you always have people to turn to for feedback, motivation, and ideas.

Will I get 1:1 coaching?
If you're on the Premium or Plus course, you'll get access to 1:1 media training. Premium students will also get small group coaching sessions with Jess.

Will Jess be able to give me feedback on my pitches?
Yes. Jess will be posting and commenting in the community so everyone can get personalised feedback on their pitches and other assignments.

Can I pay in installments?
Yes, every level of the course will allow you to pay in four installments.
